Reporting Channel for Violations against the
German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act

The ALHO Group is subject to the legal obligations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which aims to improve the protection of human rights and the environment in global supply chains. This law obliges companies to ensure that their supply chains comply with basic human rights, such as the ban on child or forced labor or fair pay, as well as key environmental standards such as the ban on drinking water contamination.

As a modern, owner-managed group of companies, we value fairness, honesty and reliability in our dealings with customers, employees and partners. These fundamental values have guided our daily actions since the very beginning of our company's history. Appreciation, integrity, sustainability and social responsibility are central pillars of our corporate culture. We are therefore committed to respecting human rights and protecting our environment out of inner conviction, regardless of our legal obligations.

In order to become aware of possible breaches of duty with regard to human rights and environmental protection, the ALHO Group has set up a reporting office and commissioned the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek (HKLW) to receive and process such reports.
