The Group includes the brands ALHO Modular Buildings, FAGSI Mobile Spaces and ProContain Container Systems. The declared common goal of the three brands is to plan system buildings according to requirements and to realise them quickly and economically! Realising demanding building projects in modular construction, solving temporary space requirements with a system, producing durable, robust container systems for the retail, rental and construction industries: The ALHO Group covers all these needs.
Whether clients decide in favour of ALHO modular construction or FAGSI container construction depends primarily on the type and duration of use as well as the design requirements of the construction task. As part of the family-run ALHO Group, ALHO, FAGSI and ProContain are all orientated towards traditional values: safety and transparency in planning, precision and efficiency in execution and the highest quality and sustainability in their products.
ALHO: Sophisticated modular buildings
The ALHO brand stands for sophisticated modular construction. The diversity and potential of the innovative, serial construction method is reflected in ALHO's range of services: residential complexes, kindergartens, care homes, office and administration buildings, clinics, laboratory buildings and hotels are just some of the applications that have been realised. As a general contractor, ALHO offers the entire turnkey building from a single source - at a fixed price and on a fixed date. Thanks to the high degree of prefabrication of up to 80 %, the buildings can be completed in an average of 70 % less time than conventional construction methods. In terms of design variety with regard to floor plans and façades, ALHO modular buildings offer all the possibilities that conventional construction methods also allow. The permanent buildings can be realised with up to six storeys.
FAGSI: Temporary room systems for every need
Since 1980, FAGSI has been an independent brand as a consulting and service specialist for mobile spaces within the ALHO Group. The certified FAGSI container buildings and temporary room systems are customised solutions for every need, whether as office buildings, residential homes, kindergartens, daycare centres, schools and universities or even on construction sites. FAGSI takes on the complete design, planning and turnkey construction of projects. FAGSI system solutions are manufactured exclusively in the plants of the ALHO Group in series production and offer the highest quality. They are available quickly and at a fixed price. A close-knit distribution network with over 29,000 system units in rental parks throughout Germany guarantees project security with short delivery times. FAGSI's rental system is based on standardised room containers that can be perfectly combined to create buildings for the respective requirements and purposes.
ProContain: High-quality products for the specialised trade and the construction industry
As ALHO has specialised in modular construction since the early 1990s, ProContain was founded as an independent brand of the ALHO Group specialising in container construction. ProContain took over the expertise and the products that had already been tried and tested for decades and rightly claims the title of "quality original" in the production of economical, durable and robust system containers "made in Germany". These are used in both simple and more complex buildings. ProContain supplies the construction industry as well as national and international specialist retailers with containers for their sales and rental models. All containers are manufactured in Coswig in Saxony and in Morsbach in North Rhine-Westphalia and are subject to the strictest quality guidelines. The best material processing and compliance with high climate and ecological standards are documented by numerous relevant certifications.
